São Paulo, September 29, 2026 – Nubank, the largest digital bank in Latin America, has been awarded as one of the World’s Best Employers 2026, presented by Forbes and Statista Inc. The recognition reflects Nubank’s commitment to creating a strong employee experience and building a workplace where people can grow and thrive.
The World’s Best Employers were selected based on a survey of more than 300,000 employees across more than 50 countries. Respondents rated their willingness to recommend their employer and evaluated their organizations across a range of workplace factors. Based on this methodology, Nubank is one of three Brazilian companies recognized in the Banking and Financial Services category. In total, 900 companies are included on the 2026 list.
This is the third consecutive year that Nubank is being awarded Forbes’ World’s Best Employers, adding to Nubank’s extensive list of accolades. Most recently, the company has also been named TIME’s World’s Best Companies 2026, TIME’s 10 Most Influential Finance Companies 2026, Forbes’ World’s Top Performing Banks 2026, Forbes’ World’s Best Banks 2026, Fast Company’s 2026 Innovation by Design Awards, Newsweek’s World’s Most Trustworthy Companies 2026, and #1 bank in Latin America in the Evident AI Index 2026.
