São Paulo, October 4, 2022 – Nubank, one of the world's largest financial services platforms, announces Hack Her Way, an exclusive recruitment event for people who identify as women (cis and trans) and/or have transfemale gender identities interested in working with Information Security. The initiative reinforces the company's commitment to Diversity & Inclusion, encouraging the hiring of women in the technology and cybersecurity market.

Focused on professionals with junior and full experience levels, Hack Her Way does not require that candidates are proficient in English, only that they are interested in learning in the language, and will accept candidates from all university backgrounds for vacancies in a 100% remote model.

Since its creation, Nubank has believed in building strong and diverse teams. Hack Her Way strengthens the company's D&I commitment to include women and talent in the engineering market with this and other programs such as Yes She Codes, which in 2022 had thousands of applications for its fourth edition.

Subscriptions to the event will be open until October 9 and can be completed through the initiative's page.
