São Paulo, November 5, 2025 — Nubank, one of the world’s largest digital financial services platforms, has secured the fourth spot in the Merco Talento Brazil ranking, making its debut in the top five. Merco Talento is one of Latin America’s main corporate reputation and employer brand rankings, recognizing the companies with the greatest ability to attract and retain talent.

With this result, Nubank jumps ten positions from the previous edition and consolidates its position as the highest‑ranked financial institution on the list. This ranking evaluates key factors including internal reputation, human resources policies, career opportunities and employee perceptions.

About the Merco Talento Ranking

The Merco Talent Ranking uses a multistakeholder methodology, with ten information sources that compare the results against the 100 Merco companies: the general public, university students, alumni of MBA and postgraduate programs, employees of large companies included in the Merco 2024 ranking, HR professionals, union representatives, university professors, Merco Digital data, and a benchmark of people-management indicators.
