São Paulo, April 20, 2023 – Responding to several customer requests, Nubank announces a new feature within its application, the Dark Mode. The feature darkens the app's interface to reduce eye strain in low-light locations or at night. In addition, the feature can help customers with photosensitivity and low vision due to its higher contrast.
Much awaited by users, the option is already available for devices with iOS and Android operating systems. The Nubank app will follow the configuration already chosen by the client in the device settings. Still, if preferred, it will be possible to customize by opting only for Light Mode or Dark Mode or keep the default configuration of the cell phone.
To activate the new feature, simply access the Nu app, click on the user's photo, choose "Configure," then "Appearance," and then activate "Dark Mode."
