Nu Global AG is a member of VQF, a self-regulatory organization recognised by the Swiss Federal Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). The deposits held by customers in their Nu Global App are secured by a default guarantee from a Swiss bank to the extent required by law. In the event of Nu Global AG becoming insolvent, customers can claim their loss amount from the guaranteeing bank. In such an unlikely scenario, details will be communicated via our website and app. The terms and conditions of the respective default guarantee apply. Nu Global AG does not promote, solicit or engage in marketing activities in other jurisdictions than Switzerland. If you are located elsewhere and accessing Nu Global's products or services, this is entirely at your own initiative.
